Win the work.
Sub us the build.
For agencies, integrators, and primes who land contracts bigger than their build capacity. We build it under your brand, to your spec, at a fixed price — you keep the client, the credit, and a margin you can forecast before you bid.

You sell the work. We're the build capacity behind it.
Most firms don't lose a bid on strategy. They lose it — or bleed the margin — on who is actually going to build the thing.
Agencies & studios
You won the pitch on strategy and design. Now someone has to build it. Sub the engineering to us and keep the client, the credit, and the margin.
Systems integrators & IT consultancies
You're staffed for consulting and per-diem resources, not fixed-deliverable product builds. We're the turnkey build squad you drop into a task authorization.
Government primes
The contract needs bilingual EN/FR and WCAG 2.1 AA delivery with Canadian data residency. That's our default build standard, not a change order.
GCs & non-software firms
The scope you won has a software component you never wanted to own. We take that piece, deliver it under your name, and stay out of your relationship.
Cheaper than hiring. Safer than gambling on a freelancer.
Better margin than hiring
A senior team with no agency overhead and no bench to carry. Fixed price in, your markup on top, margin you can actually forecast at bid time.
We stay invisible
White-label by default. Your brand on the work, your face in the meetings. We don't contact your client — not during, not after.
The compliance gap, filled
WCAG 2.1 AA as a build standard and client-owns-IP handover. The requirements that sink public-sector delivery are the ones we build to by default.
Bilingual EN / FR
Full French parity built into the architecture, not bolted on. We've written and delivered entire proposals in French.
Four steps, and you stay in front.
You own the relationship at every step. We're the engine room.
- STEP 01
Send the scope
The RFP, the spec, or just the shape of it. NDA first if you'd like. We'll tell you straight whether we're the right sub — including when we're not.
- STEP 02
Fixed quote before code
One number, agreed up front, so you can price your bid with a known cost. No hourly meter running against your margin.
- STEP 03
We build in slices
Working software on a weekly rhythm, so you always have something real to show your client. No big-bang reveal, no silent months.
- STEP 04
Handover under your brand
Full source, data, documentation, and a trained team on your side. Ongoing support hourly if you want it — never required.
Your client never hears our name. You look like you have an engineering department. That's the entire product.
The questions every firm asks first.
Will you contact or poach our client?
No. Ever. We work under your brand, through you. We don't approach your client, we don't put your project in a public case study without your written permission, and we're happy to sign an NDA and a non-solicit before you send us a single line of scope.
Whose brand does the work ship under?
Yours. White-label is the default — your client sees your team, your name, your delivery. If you'd rather co-brand or credit us, that's your call, not ours.
How do you price subcontract work?
Fixed price per project, quoted before any code is written, so you can price your bid with a known cost and a known margin. Ongoing support and maintenance is billed hourly if you want it — never mandatory. Partner rates are on request.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — or your client does, whichever your contract says. On final payment we hand over 100% of the source, data, and IP. No licensing, no per-seat fees, no lock-in that boomerangs back on your client relationship.
Can you deliver bilingual and accessible work for public-sector contracts?
Yes — it's the gap we most often fill. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA from the first screen and deliver full English/French parity as an architectural decision, not a translation bolted on at the end. Canadian data residency (AWS ca-central-1) is available on request.
What can you actually take off our plate?
Everything we offer: custom web platforms, portals, CMS, registries, internal and operational tools, native iOS, and AI features. If your scope has a software build in it and your team is at capacity, that's the conversation.
What are you trying to deliver?
One business day to reply. Send the scope, the RFP, or the rough shape of it — we'll come back with a straight answer on fit and partner rates.
